IA is responsible for planning and design of IT Infrastructure and will be closely working with business leaders to bridge the gap between technology and business.

Responsible for determining the technical requirements for infrastructure delivery and maintenance

Senior infrastructure architects may also create plans detailed plans and strategies for infrastructure with focus around implementation with service sustainability at the heart of it.
